About Joe

Joseph DiFonzo grew up in Essex County, New Jersey. From an early age, Joe knew he would grow to become a creative force and have a career in the arts. His adolescent time was either spent in the music practice rooms or wood shop of his high school. Joe would later attend Ithaca College and graduate alongside the Class of 2009 with a BFA in Theatre Production; Technology Concentration.

Joe continued his journey across America touring Broadway Shows and mastering his carpentry skills along with his stagecraft expertise. In 2015, Joe was called to work as a carpenter at The Metropolitan Opera at NYC's Lincoln Center. His Broadway career would continue as he would become a proud member of IATSE Local ONE, New York City Stagehands.

Through hard work and dedication, Joe has continued to design and build for both residential homes and businesses.  His custom furniture has brought him many exciting projects and rewarding experiences.  Whether he is holding a paintbrush or a guitar, Joe puts his love into everything he does.
